Returns & Exchanges

All merchandise will be 100% checked upon leaving our warehouses so that it is delivered in perfect condition.

Remember to check the order carefully when you receive it, it is very important that you notify any breakage due to agency transport within a maximum period of 48 hours for defective goods due to quality or origin issues.

Exchanges and returns (right of withdrawal)

You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to make any exchange or return of our products . Of course , returns must be made in the original packaging and the products without having been assembled (if they require assembly). But, if you no longer have the original packaging , you can return your order in any other box , as long as it is well packaged and sealed to prevent damage or loss of the items.

Items that are used, damaged, broken or that have stains and/or lack of hygiene will not be accepted.

The products made of solid wood are made by hand and proof of this are the irregularities and imperfections that give each piece a unique and singular style. Since it is not mass-produced, there are probably small variations with respect to the photo, since it depends on the piece of wood that is selected for its manufacture.

We understand variations in tone, size and shape or certain imperfections (cracks, knots, marks) as an added value that makes it a unique piece.

To make a return, write to us at info@maussa.com . Later you will have to send us the merchandise. When the item arrives at our facilities and we verify that everything is correct , we will proceed to refund the amount in the same billing form.

We remind you that you can return several items from different orders in the same shipment. To do this, select all the items you want to return regardless of the order to which they belong, and continue the return request process until the end.

Cancel my order

If the state allows it, you can cancel your order directly from your customer account .

If you cannot cancel the order , it means that the status of your order no longer allows cancellation. We invite you to refuse delivery . 

Refund

The refund will be made in the same payment method that you used for your purchase within a maximum period of 5 days after receipt of the item in our warehouses.

For a deferred debit card payment, it is also refunded on a deferred basis . Wait until the beginning of the following month to see the amount reflected in your account.

If you decide not to return any item marked in the request, you will not have to do anything, since the refund will only be made for the items received at our facilities.

Guarantees in the purchase of movable property

Spanish legislation and that of the rest of the member countries of the European Union establish a minimum guarantee of two years when purchasing brand new personal goods for private consumption.

The warranty is limited to factory defects. Products with damages derived from:

  1. Damage caused by improper care or maintenance.
  2. Liquid spill or prolonged contact with moisture.
  3. Products repaired by third parties.
  4. Use of inappropriate chemicals.
  5. Products where the surface or finish has been modified.
  6. Scratches, cuts and impacts.
  7. Improper use or misuse.
