How can I track my order?
Once we've prepared your order, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. By clicking on that number you'll be able to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment.
Method of payment
When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made by card ( MasterCard , Visa , Visa Electron , etc.); PayPal (through its own platform) through the Apple Pay or Google Pay digital wallets; or through SeQura financing.
Shipping method
Large goods will be delivered to you at street level , so if you live in a block of flats, your order will be delivered to your front door.
The carrier may voluntarily offer to deliver the goods to the address, but is not obliged to do so.
It is important that when you receive the goods , before signing the delivery note , you check and confirm the number of packages and their condition . Any anomaly must be noted on the delivery note and a photo taken . If you cannot check the goods at the time , you must indicate “NON-COMPLIANCE” on the carrier's delivery note and take a photo , since the transport agency does not accept breakages not reported on said delivery note.
